Welcome to Money! A Premier Adult Guild for Players of WoW
Located on US-Moonrunner, we are a group of fun loving ADULT players. All players are required to be over 18. Our players are hardcore in play style, casual only in the time we have to play the game. We currently clear Naxx 25 and are progressing through Ulduar 25 weekly. Raids are @ 6PM Server(8CST), Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.
We are a very exclusive group, easy going but protective of the haven we have created. Drama is NOT tolerated. All recruits will have a 2 week+ trial membership to determine if they will fit in, and if we will fit what the applicants are looking for.
Hardcore attitudes, Me Me Me Players, Guild Jumpers and Loot Chasers need not apply. If you can't stand seeing someone else get loot over you, don't bother.
Otherwise, whisper/mail me in game on Chrysoberyl, or any of the Money officers for an open discussion. We prefer to play with players awhile before inviting. Vent is a must.

Money's Progression Raiding Requirements
Posted by Hitari on Monday, April 27, 2009 (16:58:21) (134 reads)
In order to bring understanding and organization to Money's Raiding Strategy in WOLTK, the following rules will be placed into effect immediately. As stated in a pre-WOLTK guild meeting, Money will be focusing on progression and on end game content. Although our time may be casual, our play style and efforts are, and must continue to be “hardcore”. We, the officers of Money will do our best to provide a fair raiding system that allows for progression and fun to ensue. That being said, the requirements for raiding will be adhered to and, may be changed as needed to push forward to completing all end game content. As your GM for the past 4+ years I know that the raiding structure has changed considerably, and therefore proclaimed the future of raiding in Money prior to WOLTK. Please keep in mind, the goal is not to exclude anyone from raiding, but to maximize the chances for success. If night after night of raid wiping on progression bosses is not your thing, then I suggest not signing up for progression content.
The following articles explain the current requirements for WOLTK Progression Raiding.

Things to Come (Website)
Posted by Hitari on Monday, February 23, 2009 (06:34:41) (103 reads)
There are only a few things left to do that I have on the agenda for the site, and then I should be done.
Definate
COMPLETE.
Possible
#4 Instant Chat System
#5 Guild Application Module
#6 Look into wowroster.com once its final (I think its freaking heavy but the features are nice)
The rest of the ideas will need to be user submitted. Post a few quick comments if you have any ideas you'd like to see done to the site.
I'll take a look and see if the ability and my skill can make it happen, and if it will flow with our site.
Thanks,
Jalam

WOW Raid Manager - Final - Up and Ready to Raid
Posted by Hitari on Monday, February 23, 2009 (06:34:32) (106 reads)
Almost done with WRM! I promise! A few more tweeks to the .css file to get all the colors to blend within our site and I'll be done. That being said, I'm not doing anything else that should be able to corrupt the install, so please sign up and start using it for raiding A.S.A.P.
Again, unfortunatly signups are not linked between Dragonfly CMS and WRM, so you will have to have 2 user/pass, they can both be the same thing!
Thanks again
Jalam

P.S. There is a raid RSS running on the leftside of the interface to let you know about upcomming raids.

WRM - A work in progress
Posted by Hitari on Saturday, February 21, 2009 (08:11:31) (118 reads)
I'm Sorry!
Still playing around with having WRM as a module ... so far about 6 hrs in and I just about have it. Working on changing the CMS and editing colors/images to match our new site. The issue is doing so can totally fudge an install, so until further notice, please dont rush to sign up (or if you do, dont get mad when you have to do it again!) Almost done, I swear!
Thanks for putting up with me,
Jalam

Uldar Patch 3.1.0

Ulduar Testing Information
Quote from: Daelo (Source)
Ok, we're getting close to the point where we will need testing of Ulduar boss encounters on PTR, so let's talk about Ulduar testing!
We're going to be performing testing differently than in the past. We're looking for much more targeted feedback, and we don't want to just have the zone freely open and allow extended, unsupervised testing to take place. So, when the PTR servers come up with 3.1.0, by default Ulduar will be turned completely off. We'll instead enable Ulduar and specific bosses during times where the encounter team can observe testing.
Shortly after 3.1.0 PTR is up and running, I'll post a schedule that will indicate when we will open specific bosses to testing. We'll have testing opportunities for both EU and NA region PTRs in their respective prime time playing hours. There might also be a boss or two we do leave up for extended testing, and some bosses will only be tested in either the EU or NA. Some encounters won't be up on the PTR at all! There's 14 boss encounters in Ulduar, there will be lots to test. The schedule will be quite flexible, check in the Dungeons & Raids forum and on the PTR forum for updates.
The first set of boss encounters to get testing will include:

25 Man Raids - We've got the power, Ninjas.
Posted by Gretl on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 (18:27:22) (140 reads)
Hey all!
I just wanted to post on a couple of related points.
-Awesome 25 OS run today. It was so refreshing to be in a 25 run that was RUN by people I knew and trusted.
-We can and should run more 25 mans.
CAN, because we have the player skill, maturity and organization skills to do it. I will happily take on the role of the "heals assigner," more on that later.
SHOULD because all of us have gotten screwed when other people run the 25 man raids. Case in point, the horrible "Well Do It Live" plague that has afflicted our server. It's not just trade chat babble, the rumours are true. That guild will ninja in any run you go on with them.

MoneyGuild.net - A New Host, A Face Lift, A New Chapter
Posted by Hitari on Friday, February 13, 2009 (07:22:49) (210 reads)
Welcome to the new host and site to Money! I apologize again for causing us to uproot, move, register on a new system/platform and so on and so forth. There are both positives and negatives for the new site. We were hosted with a company called BurtonHosting.com out of the UK. They have been my business host for almost 8 years ... and have been great up till a few months ago (seems like August). They don't respond to tech tickets, emails, their phones are disconnected etc.
